NXDT.US Optional Dividend
NEXPOINT DIVERSIFIED REAL ESTATE TRUST (NXDT.US) has announced a dividend for record date holders of 15/08/2023. The dividend allows an option to receive payment of either stock or cash. Record date holders have until 13/09/2023 to submit elections. The default option for this dividend will pay stock.
The terms of the offer are as follows:
Option (1): HOLDERS TO RECEIVE STOCK (dividend paid in additional shares of NXDT.US, stock rate per share to be announced) (DEFAULT)
Option (2): HOLDERS TO RECEIVE CASH (dividend paid in cash at $0.15 per share held on record date subject to proration)
***No response is required for holders choosing Option (1) ***
The deadline for electing will be 13/09/2023 @ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).
