RIGHTS LG DISPLAY CO (LPL.RGT) announced that holders may exercise 1 ADS right to purchase 1 ADS at an Estimated subscription price of USD 4.18 per ADS.

Summary Terms of the Offer: Every 1 Rights will entitle holders to purchase 1 share of LG Display Co., Ltd. American Depositary Shares (Each representing one-half of one share of Common Shares, Won 5,000 par value) at Indicative ADS subscription price is USD 4.18 per new ADS to be subscribed, which includes an ADS fee of USD 0.04 per New ADS. The final ADS subscription price will be the U.S. dollar equivalent of the final share subscription price based on the exchange rate on or about 04/03/2024, plus currency conversion expenses. Ratio: 0.3178939325 of a ADS Non-Transferable Right for each LG Display Co., Ltd. ADS held.

Fractional Shares: The number of Rights to be issued will be Rounded Down to the nearest number of Rights evenly divisible by 1.

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option (1): Take no action [Default option]

Option (2): EXERCISE RIGHTS – estimated ADS subscription price is USD 4.18 per new ADS

Oversubscription are not supported.

The deadline to submit instructions for exercise will be 23/02/2024@ 16:00 (HONG KONG GMT+8).
