LAZYDAYS HOLDINGS, INC. (LAZY.US) announced that holders may exercise rights at a subscription price of $6.399. The company can provide that purchase up to an aggregate of US$100,000,000 in shares of Common Stock of LAZYDAYS HOLDINGS, INC. (CUSIP 52110H100).

Subscription ratio: 0.77 shares of stock for every 1 right subscribed

Subscription price: USD 6.399

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option (1): Take no action [Default option]

Option (2): EXERCISE RIGHTS, Each subscription right will entitle the holder to purchase 0.77 share of stock (CUSIP 52110H100) at USD 6.399 per whole share (Minimum rights required to exercise: 2)

Rights are non-transferable

Oversubscription is not supported.
