EP.RGT Subscription Rights

RIGHTS EMPIRE PETE CORP (EP.RGT) announced a subscription rights offering. EP.RGT holders may exercise rights to purchase 0.161 shares of Common Stock at a subscription price of USD 6.05 per whole share. In addition, holders will need to exercise a minimum of four (4) rights to receive 1 whole common share. Participants will not be able to exercise less than 7 rights. Participants are advised to obtain the PROSPECTUS dated 07/03/2024 and related supplement for more details on the subscription price. Participants should consult their tax advisor for complete details in reference to withholding taxes.

Option (1): Take no action [Default option]

Option (2): EXERCISE RIGHTS, to purchase 0.161 shares of Common Stock at a subscription price of USD 6.05 per whole share. Holders will need to exercise a minimum of four (7) rights to receive 1 whole common share. Any fractional shares of common stock will be rounded down to the nearest whole share.

The deadline to submit instructions for exercise will be 27/03/2024@ 16:00 (HONG KONG GMT+8).
