NXBR Registration for Subscription Rights
Pursuant to the planned distribution by Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. (NXBR) to eligible holders of its common stock, only holders that are registered with the Company's transfer agent, American Stock Transfer (AST), will be eligible to receive the non-transferable subscription rights.
As per ASTs registration process, they are requesting beneficial holders name, address, Tax ID and email address. FUTU will release the required information in order to register your shares directly with AST.
The fee to process a re-registration with the transfer agent is 25.00 USD and processing fee 500.00 USD . Your account will be charged the fee upon completion of the registration.
The below options are available to shareholders:
Option 1 - Do Not register shares with the transfer agent, do not send beneficial holder information to the transfer agent and waive the right to receive the subscription rights
Elections (option (2) ) submitted on the action below will be subject to 25.00 USD registration fee + 500.00 USD processing fee.
In the absence of an election, no action will be taken, and holders will receive the default treatment, Option 1.
The deadline to Opt-Out of the re-registration will be 18/08/2023 @ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).
