VZ.US Tender offer

Verizon Communications, Inc., announce a voluntary program, managed by Georgeson LLC (Georgeson), through which shareholders owning fewer than 100 shares may sell their shares. A processing fee of $3.10 per share (up to a maximum of $60 per account) will be charged by Georgeson and deducted from the proceeds to defray the cost of this program.

The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option 1: Take no action [Default option]

Option 2: Tender, Acquire based on the weighted average price (to be determined) calculated on respective week. (Beneficial holders of 1-19 shares on Record date)

Option 3- Tender, Acquire based on the weighted average price (to be determined) calculated on respective week. (Beneficial holders of 20-99 shares on Record date)

The latest deadline to tender shares to the offer will be 07/07/2023@ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8)

In the absence of an election, no action will be taken.
