ILLM.US Tender Offer
ILLUMIN HOLDINGS INC. (ILLM.US), is offering to purchase common shares for cash at a price not less than 2.53 CAD per share and not more than 2.65 CAD per share, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase and Letter of Transmittal.
The terms of the offer are as follows (subject to proration):
Minimum bid: 2.53 CAD
Maximum bid: 2.65 CAD
Accepted bid increment: 0.01 CAD
