[HK Bank] Deposit Funds via Bank-Securities Transfer from Airstar Bank

Keep in mind:

1. Your bank account name must match your Futu securities account name. Deposits from someone else's bank account are not allowed.

2. Futu doesn't accept cash deposits or e-wallet transfers.

3. Supported currencies: HKD, USD, and CNH.

4. Futu may refuse certain deposits for financial security or other compliance purposes, especially if they are made through special channels or involve country-related risks. In this case, Futu Securities will notify you that these deposits will be returned to the sending channels or otherwise.

Instructions

It takes two steps to deposit funds via bank-securities transfer from Airstar Bank.

1. Obtain Authorisation from Airstar Bank

To submit a request for authorisation from Airstar Bank for bank-securities transfer in the app:

1. Go to the Accounts tab

2. Tap Transfers > Bank Account

Notes:

1. An authorisation request is typically processed within 5 minutes.

2. Obtaining authorisation is free.

2. Make a Deposit

To make a deposit via bank-securities transfer in the app:

1. Go to the Accounts tab

2. Tap Transfers > Deposit

Estimated Arrival Time

Notes:

1. Making a deposit is free.

2. A deposit made after 3:55 PM on a trading day or made on a non-trading day will appear in your statement of the next trading day.

3. If margin is used on T day, and the outstanding amount is settled by 08:55 on T+1 day, no interest will be incurred. However, if the outstanding amount is settled after 08:55 on T+1 day, interest for the margin used on T day will accrue and stop accruing on the next trading day.
