1. Currencies Supported for Withdrawal
Futu Securities currently supports withdrawals in HKD, USD, CNH and JPY.
Note:
1. The bank may levy a charge of JPY 2,000–10,000 or more for a JPY withdrawal; the actual amount is set by the bank.
2. To withdraw JPY, please contact customer service team for further support.
2. Remittance Method and Charges for Withdrawals
2.1 Remittance Method
For withdrawals to an overseas bank, Futu generally remits by Bank of China (Hong Kong) telegraphic transfer. Please confirm with your receiving bank whether it accepts inward remittance by this method.
2.2 Charges
The remitting bank charges are about HKD 105–500 per transaction. Intermediary bank charges and receiving bank charges may also apply.
Note:
1. A telegraphic transfer usually involves the following charges: remitting bank charges, receiving bank charges and intermediary bank charges.
2. As each of these charges is levied directly by the relevant bank, the amount the beneficiary actually receives may be reduced by these deductions.
3. Estimated Arrival Time
After you submit a withdrawal request, Futu will remit the funds within 1–2 business days. Please pay attention to the notification from your receiving bank. As the funds are routed cross-border, this takes longer; the actual arrival time applies.
Note: If you withdraw funds from Cash Plus directly to a bank account, the system will automatically redeem the Cash Plus holding and remit the funds within 2–5 business days. The actual arrival time is subject to the fund company's redemption time and the bank's processing time.
4. How to Withdraw Funds
Path: "Futubull App > Accounts > Transfers > Withdraw".
Select the withdrawal currency, the debit account and the receiving bank, enter the amount, confirm the details, then tap "Confirm".
Notes
1. The bank account holder must have the same name as the securities account. Withdrawals to another person's bank account are not supported.
2. Please ensure the name order matches that on the bank account. If a withdrawal fails because of an incorrect name, any resulting bank remittance charges are borne by the customer.
3. Any frozen charges reduce your current withdrawable cash and may cause the withdrawal request to be rejected.
4. During holidays, market closures, bank channel maintenance and other special circumstances, banks do not process funds transactions, which may affect the arrival time of withdrawn funds. All the times above are estimates, the actual arrival times apply, and Futu reserves the right of interpretation.
