How to Withdraw Funds to a Hong Kong Bank Account
1. Supported Withdrawal Currencies
Futu Securities currently supports withdrawals in HKD, USD, CNH and JPY. The supported currencies vary by withdrawal method, please choose according to your needs.
Note:
1. For JPY withdrawals, the bank may levy a charge of JPY 2,000–10,000 or more, subject to the amount actually levied by the bank; Futu does not charge.
2. To withdraw JPY, please contact customer service team for further support.

Note:
1. A single Bank-Securities cash transfer exceeding HKD 3 million / USD 500,000 requires manual approval, expected to be completed before 16:00 on the Trading Day.
2. A single withdrawal exceeding HKD 8 million / USD 2 million may take T+1 business day to complete, please make the necessary funding arrangements in advanced.
3. To protect your funds, arrival may in some cases be delayed, usually by no more than 90 minutes beyond the estimated time.

Note: If you apply to withdraw Cash Plus funds directly to a bank account, the system will automatically redeem the Cash Plus and remit the funds within 2–5 business days. The actual arrival time is subject to the fund house's redemption time and the bank's processing time.
4. How to Withdraw Funds
Path: "Futubull App > Accounts > Transfers > Withdraw"
Select the withdrawal currency, the debit account and the receiving bank, enter the amount, make sure the details are correct, and tap "Confirm".
5. FAQ
Q: If Futu transfers funds to my bank account in error, must I return the funds? What happens if I refuse?
A: Please contact our customer service team and we will help you return the funds. If you refuse to return them, we may take legal action in certain circumstances.
Notes
1. The bank account holder must be the same as the securities account holder. Withdrawals to another person's bank account are not supported.
2. Any frozen charges reduce your current withdrawable cash amount and may cause the withdrawal request to be rejected.
3. During public holidays and market closures, banks are closed, which affects the timing of withdrawals; wait for the bank to process after the holidays end.
4. The times above are estimates. Actual arrival may be affected by public holidays, bank processing speed and other special circumstances, subject to the actual arrival time.
