How to update account information in FUTU HK

You can view or edit your account information in the Futubull app, which includes the following: name, country of residence, ID number, ID expiry date, phone number, email address, residential address, employment information, financial situation, investment experience and tax information. Once you submit the request to edit your account information, it usually takes us one business day to verify the information. Updates on the progress will be sent via email and app notification.

To edit your account information, go to the Accounts tab, select any account, and tap More > Account Information. Alternatively, simply click here.
