Futu Securities joins the Regtech Innovation Lab to accelerate the application and implementation of compliance technology

(Hong Kong, November 3, 2025) Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) Limited ("Futu") is pleased to announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with FCC Analytics Limited* ("FCC Analytics") on 3 November 2025, officially joining the 'Regtech Innovation Lab' co-founded by Amazon Web Services ("AWS") and FCC Analytics. This collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) AI technologies purposes, and to strengthen innovation and application in the area of financial compliance.

The Lab combines AWS's secure cloud infrastructure and FCC Analytics' proven AI-driven compliance solutions to provide inancial institutions with a proof-of-concept (PoC) and technology testing environment, helping the industry explore and implement innovative compliance solutions within a secure setting, eliminate the complexities of local deployments, achieve secure data hosting, and accelerate the adoption and implementation of Regtech.
