How to withdraw crypto

1. Access points

Standard access: Navigate to Accounts > All or access your crypto account and tap More to locate the Withdraw Crypto feature under the Crypto section.

Quick access: In the Positions section, tap on a crypto that supports withdrawals to access the withdrawal page.

Note: Update your app to version 15.19.20907 or above to use this feature.

2. Request a withdrawal

Begin by selecting the cryptocurrency you intend to withdraw. Enter the necessary withdrawal details, including the address and the amount to be withdrawn. The Estimated Receiving Amount will show the net amount after fees in real time.

Key points:

1) Only addresses that have been verified and whitelisted for more than 24 hours are eligible for withdrawals. To add and verify a new address, please use the 'Add Address' button.

2) The withdrawable amount is your total crypto holdings less any amounts frozen from unsettled sell orders or pending withdrawals. Cryptos bought are included in the withdrawable amount by 11:00 AM HKT the next day.

3) The day's remaining quota is calculated based on the total of your account holdings and any withdrawals made that day.

4) The minimum withdrawal amount is set by upstream exchanges. Withdrawals below this amount may not be executed.

5) Each withdrawal incurs a fixed fee due to the costs associated with blockchain transactions. For more details, please visit here.

3. Tracking withdrawal status

Withdrawals are expected to be completed by 6:00 PM HKT on the third business day from request. Day one starts on the day you submit your request. If a withdrawal fails due to special circumstances, the funds are immediately credited back to your account. You can access further details and instructions on the withdrawal details page by following the link in the withdrawal notification.
