How to request a refund

1. How to submit a refund request:

You can submit a refund request by following the steps below:

(1) On the Deposit Details page, click the Refund button to enter the refund request page

(2) Select the source of the deposit:

  • Personal Wallet
  • Third-Party Exchange

(3) Fill in the required information and submit the refund request

(4) Review and processing are expected to take approximately 10 business days

(5) Once the refund is approved and completed, you will receive a in-app notification. Please check the corresponding wallet or exchange account to confirm the returned crypto assets


 
2. Explanation on Source of the Deposit

2.1 Personal Wallet (Web3 Wallet): Also known as a self-custody wallet, where users hold their own private keys or seed phrases.
 
2.2 Exchange: Refers to accounts opened on exchange platforms where funds are held by the exchange. Some platforms offer both exchange services and Web3 wallets. please be sure to distinguish between the two.

 

3. Important Notes

3.1 Please double-check all submitted information. Errors may result in permanent loss of assets and cannot be recovered. Once submitted, the information may not be editable

3.2 If the information is incorrect or incomplete, Futu reserves the right to reject the request. Please monitor the status and resubmit with corrected information if needed
