How to request a refund

If your crypto deposit has not been credited to your account, you may request a refund through our online customer service by following these steps:

1. Compile the following details: your deposit order ID, type of crypto, amount, source address, and the blockchain transaction ID. Additionally, capture a screenshot of the deposit order detail page that includes all these details. Our customer service team will require this information later.

2. Go to Me > Customer Service > Online Inquiry.

3. Enter "agent" in the chat to reach a customer service agent.

4. If there is a long queue, you may leave your inquiry to submit your request.

5. Select "Deposit/Withdrawal" as the inquiry topic.

6. Inform the agent that you would like a refund for your crypto deposit order.

7. Follow the agent's instructions and share your deposit order details and refund request specifics.

Our customer service team will then assist you in processing the refund request once they have a complete understanding of your situation.
