How to deposit crypto
1. Generate a unique deposit address
1) You can access the deposit process by going to:
a. Homepage > All > Crypto > Deposit Crypto
b. Select Crypto Account > More > Crypto > Deposit Crypto
c. Select Crypto Account > Transfers > Deposit Crypto
d. Select Crypto Account > Assets > Tap on Crypto Holding > Deposit
2) Choose a crypto to deposit, fill in the required details, and you’ll see a QR code for your unique deposit address on the selected network."
2. Start the transfer
Send crypto from your private wallet to the deposit address. Ensure the crypto and network match exactly. Use the correct network: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH or USDT on Ethereum, and SOL on Solana.

3. Check deposit order status and complete operations
1) Once your on-chain transfer is detected, a deposit order will be created. View its details here:
a. Homepage > All > Crypto > Transfer Records > Click on your deposit record
b. Select Crypto Account > More > Crypto > Transfer Records > Click on your deposit record
c. Click the deposit details link in the notification message within the app.
2) The deposit details page shows your order status and pending tasks. Click the operation buttons to complete these tasks.

Appendix: Open a crypto account
Upgrade your app to version 15.13.20307 or above.
Securities account holders can easily open a crypto account through the following steps:
1) Enter a coin symbol such as "BTC" in the search bar. After entering the quotes page, click on the "Trade" button at the bottom of the page.
2) Go to the trading permission activation page and select "Crypto." Please complete the Risk Profiling Questionnaire, Virtual Asset Exposure Limit Evaluation, and Virtual Asset Knowledge Test, and read the relevant risk disclosure before you can open a crypto account.
