HKEX Margin Holiday Arrangement

Dear Clients: In accordance with the latest announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, temporary risk management measures will be implemented to address the upcoming Qingming Festival and Easter holidays. The relevant arrangements are as follows:

Effective Date: After the close of trading on April 1, 2026

Resumption Date: After the close of trading on April 7, 2026 (Hong Kong Stock Futures) / After the close of trading on April 2, 2026 (Hong Kong Stock Options)

Margin levels for the following futures contracts will be temporarily increased: Hang Seng Index Futures, Mini Hang Seng Index Futures, H-share Index Futures, Mini H-share Index Futures, Hang Seng TECH Index Futures, MSCI Asia ex Japan Index Futures.

Margin gaps for all stock option categories will also be temporarily increased. Please refer to the specific information released by the Exchange for details.

Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to meet the temporarily increased margin requirements to avoid forced liquidation due to insufficient margin.
