ABRDN HEALTHCARE INVESTORS SH BEN INT (HQH.US) has announced a dividend for record date holders of 23/08/2024. The dividend allows an option to receive payment of either stock or cash. Record date holders have until 10/09/2024 to submit elections. The default option for this dividend will pay stock.
The terms of the offer are as follows:

Option (2) HOLDERS TO RECEIVE CASH
No response is required for holders choosing Option (1)
