How to Withdraw Funds to EleBank via Bank-Securities Transfer

Note:
1. A Bank-Securities cash transfer exceeding HKD 3 million/USD 500,000 in a single transaction requires manual approval, expected to be completed before 16:00 on the Trading Day.
2. A single withdrawal exceeding HKD 8 million/USD 2 million may take T+1 business day to complete, please make the necessary funding arrangements in advanced.
3. To protect the security of your funds, arrival may be delayed in some cases, usually by no more than 90 minutes beyond the estimated time.
2.2 Charges
Futu does not levy any charge for withdrawing funds via Bank-Securities Transfer.
3. Procedure
3.1 Activate Bank-Securities Transfer
Before withdrawing funds via Bank-Securities Transfer, you must first activate the Bank-Securities Transfer service. You can initiate authorisation in the Futubull App.
Path: Futubull App - Account - Transfer - Bank Account - Authorise
Once authorisation is initiated, the EleBank Bank-Securities Transfer service is expected to be activated within 5 minutes.
3.2 Initiate a Withdrawal
3.2.1 Via the Futubull App
1) Path: Futubull App - Accounts - Transfers - Withdraw Funds
2) Select the withdrawal currency and the debit account
3) Select EleBank (Bank-Securities Transfer)
4) Enter the withdrawal amount
5) Confirm the details, then tap Confirm
3.2.2 Via the EleBank Client
1) Log in to the EleBank App and select "Overview - All - Transfers - Bank-Securities Transfer"
2) Select the currency
3) Select the Futu account to be debited and the EleBank account to be credited
4) Confirm the details, then tap "Transfer to Securities"

3.3 Check the Processing Status
You can check the processing status of your funds via "Futu App > Account > Transfer > Withdraw > Funding History".
Notes
1. You may only withdraw to a bank account held in your own name; withdrawals to another person's bank account are not supported.
2. Any frozen charges will affect your current available cash for withdrawal, and your withdrawal request may be rejected.
3. During public holidays and market closures, banks are closed, which affects the timing of withdrawals. Please wait for the bank to process after the public holiday ends.
