LIBERTY ALL STAR GROWTH FD INC COM (ASG.US) has announced a dividend for record date holders of 07/19/2024. The dividend allows an option to receive payment of either stock or cash. Record date holders have until 08/08/2024 to submit elections. The default option for this dividend will pay stock.
The terms of the offer are as follows:
Option (1): ELECT TO RECEIVE STOCK (DEFAULT OPTION)
Option (2): ELECT TO RECEIVE CASH
No response is required for holders choosing Option (1).
The deadline for electing will be 08/08/2024 @ 16:00 (HONG KONG TIME GMT+8).
