注：

1. This fee schedule takes effect from July 15, 2026.

2. Tiered fees are calculated based on trading volume within each calendar month. Cumulative trading volume resets to zero at 00:00（UTC+8）on the 1st of each month.

3. HKD-denominated orders will be converted to USD at the real-time HKD/USD exchange rate at the time of execution, for the purpose of calculating your monthly cumulative trading volume and applicable fee tier.

4. If an order is filled in multiple executions, fees will be charged per the above schedule and displayed separately for each execution.

5. No custody fees or other charges will be applied until further notice.

* From July 15 to August 31, 2026, once the trading volume reaches a higher tier threshold, the reduced rate will take effect the following day. From September 1, 2026, onwards, the reduced rate will take effect immediately upon reaching the tier threshold.
